Policies
Single Person Service Sessions
There are no guests allowed in the treatment rooms during your service. This includes friends, family, life partners and children.
This allows us to ensure that 100% of the attention is on providing you the best service possible. Any guest will be required to wait in the client lounge until the service is complete.
Wine may be availble for clients over 21.

Clients under 18 yrs old are only eligible for facial services. Parental consent will be required.
​
No children under 10 yrs old are allowed to be left unattended.
Booking
There will be a deposit required at the time of booking your appointment. This fee secures your appointment and the total goes towards your service total. Appointments are confirmed 24 hrs prior to your session.
This deposit is non refundable* but it is transferable if you choose to reschedule your appointment; per our rescheduling guidelines.

If you are a package holder and no show for a session, the session does not get credited back to your account. If you would still like to get the service done, you will need to pay for a session at full price.
​
No call/No show appointments will result in being blocked from further appointments or redeemed coupon.
Time Sensitivity
RESCHEDULING: Your deposit will transfer if you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your original appointment time.
LATE ARRIVAL: At the 9 minute mark, your appointment will be canceled. Deposit will not transfer to a new appointment.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: You will no longer be able to book services.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION: Have a $50 fee + the balance of your service. Future sessions need to be paid in full in order to book.

Lash Care
We carry lash care kits available for purchase to ensure you have the tools needed to keep your lashes clean in between sessions.
Fills are done every 2 weeks to maintain your sets. Unless instructed otherwise any, if your refill is 3 weeks or older it will be a full set.
We do not fill in outside lash work. Removals are free with a full set*

Premature shedding within two-four days of session are guaranteed a free touch up.*
Custom Facials
All facial clients will be asked to send pictures of their current skin condition prior to accepting booking appointment to see if our salon can be of service.

All facials are customized to the individual.
​
Nano Needling, Chemical Peels and LED Therapy will need prior screening of contraindications before receiving the service.
Car Basics 101- 1:1 Class
Clients can learn about their cars in the comfort of their own home. Basics of windshield wiper, light bulb changes, adjusting tire pressure, check engine light basics, air, cabin, and oil filter changes will be taught.
Class will be held at the clients home. Make and Model of the car will be needed at the time of registration. Basic tools to perform these tasks will be provided. Lunch will also be provided.
Classic & Volume Lash Extension Class 1:1
Students will book either a two or three day course how to become a certified lash artist.
​
Day one: students will learn the theory in the morning and finish the day with hands on practical.
​
Day two or three : students will be working independently in house, under supervision. One classic and One volume live models will be done these days.
​
Full kits will be provided***

Course work will need to be completed to receive certificate of completion.***
​
Must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetican.****
